ISCAIE2025 will be conducted in hybrid mode. Face to Face presenters, please prepare a presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF. Virtual presenters must prepare a presentation video.Â
Two live sessions are livestreamed Room 1 | Room 2. Online presenters are required to pre-record videos and upload the video on YouTube. If you wish to view pre-recorded videos, the presentation links can be accessed from the schedule. All presenters are free to view the pre-recorded presentations at your own time. You may ask questions to the presenter using the YouTube comments section.
Please take note that IEEE has a STRICT policy on no-show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference either in person or using pre-recorded YouTube presentation. Papers with NO SHOW participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. In this event, no refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the author.
