ISCAIE2024 will be conducted in hybrid mode. Live sessions are not livestreamed. Face to Face presenters, please prepare a 15 minute presentation. Virtual participants can view the YouTube videos in their own time.

Online presenters are required to pre-record videos and upload the video on YouTube. If you wish to view pre-recorded videos, the presentation links can be accessed from the schedule. All presenters are free to view the pre-recorded presentations at your own time. You may ask questions to the presenter using the YouTube comments section.

Please take note that IEEE has a STRICT policy on no-show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference either in person or using pre-recorded YouTube presentation. Papers with NO SHOW participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. In this event, no refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the author.

Submission of full papers deadline: 1st March 2024 31st March 2024

Issuance of notification of acceptance: 1st January 2024 onwards

Registration & camera-ready submission deadline: 15 March 2024 15th April 2024

Paper Submission

Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format. The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages long. 

Visit the ISCAIE2024 submission page to submit your manuscript. 

Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The decision on your paper will be informed via email by the dates listed.


Indexing

Through a selective and thoughtful review process and meticulous QC measures, the ISCAIE conference series has an excellent track record of being indexed in IEEExplore since 2012. 


Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEEXplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
